Capriana HOA has two meetings per year:
In May there is an Annual Homeowners Meeting where one new board member is elected, the annual budget is reviewed, planned community changes and other announcements are made, and an open forum for residents to discuss any issues with the Board and Property Management Company.
In the Fall, usually around October, the Board of Directors meets with the Property Management Company to plan the following years budget (fiscal year begins in January), discuss ongoing problems, get input from the management company regarding any outstanding issues or areas of concern as well as to discuss any other issues the Board deems pertinent.
2010
October: A Semi-annual Board meeting to approve the next year's budget will be scheduled for October
May: Annual Homeowners Meeting was held on May 26, at the Chandler Public Library. There was no member quorum so the meeting was passed and a Board meeting was held. The minutes from the previous board meeting will be mailed to homeowners for approval. they are to be approved at the Homeowner's Meeting but without a quorum it could not be approved. No one ran for treasurer which was vacated by Paul Strouse who did not run for another term.
